Set in the green forests of Costa Rica's magnificent North-Pacific Riviera, the Bougainvillea Condominiums at Reserva Conchal are the most exclusive Residential Condominiums in Central America. With over 2,300 acres of tropical paradise, Reserva Conchal is a gated community washed by the white gold of its beaches, a deep blue sky and the lush greenery of its coast. An 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and access to the new private Beach Club featuring Spa services, fitness facilities, private pools, paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles and restaurant services are just some of the highlights this property has to offer. This three bedroom, 2 bath condo is designer decorated with a private terrace overlooking both the golf course and the ocean. Fully equipped with plush linens, towels, smart flat screen TV and a complete kitchen with all appliances. We provide cleaning twice a week with a weekly booking. This condo has access to the Westin Hotel but could be limited during peak season.

Once you book with me I will send you our documents shortly before check-in to give you driving directions, access information to the condo, restaurant suggestions, excursion suggestions and answer any questions you may have. I do have a car rental company that I recommend and if you choose not to rent a car I have a wonderful driver as well. I am always a quick email away during your visit as well.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daphne (the owner) a message.

If Daphne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
