RED SKY is a new 475m2 luxury pool villa named after the breathtaking sunsets experienced here. Designed to take full advantage of the panoramic sea views, it features floor to ceiling windows and boasts a full 10m wide frontage looking directly out over the beach. With its private pool, contemporary interior design and generous accommodation, RED SKY is your ideal island paradise home.

RED SKY caters for family or friends who crave a more spacious and personal experience on their holidays. Perfect for relaxing in private or entertaining guests, the state of the art facilities ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay.

At the heart of RED SKY is the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens out onto a spacious private pool terrace.

Furnished in an elegant, clean and modern style, the living area has comfortable soft leather sofas and plenty of space for everyone to gather together.

Relax

RED SKY is designed for relaxed outdoor living. Feel yourself unwind as you enjoy the amazing sea views and gorgeous sunsets.

The large terrace is perfect for sunbathing, dining and entertaining. Part covered, it features a bar area, dining table and chairs, relaxed lounge seats, sun loungers and outdoor speakers for your favourite music.

The star attraction is a private infinity pool looking directly out over the beach below. A generous 9m x 4m in size, the pool features massaging water jets and underwater seating.

RED SKY has its own fibre optic line providing a faster and more reliable internet connection than typically found elsewhere on Samui. High speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

In the living room, a 60” Sony TV is linked to an A/V receiver, surround sound speakers, Blu-ray player and a state of the art IPTV system featuring several hundred TV channels (All the sports channels, Sky, BBC, ITV, HBO, Discovery, Disney etc.). In addition, hundreds of the latest films, documentaries and TV box sets are available to view at your leisure using the free on-demand service.

If music is more to your liking, thousands of radio stations can be streamed live through the system covering all imaginable tastes. AirPlay is also fully supported through a dedicated Apple airport express.

Eat

Have a snack at the long breakfast bar, a group dinner with stunning views at the indoor dining area or a relaxing alfresco meal on the pool terrace watching the sun go down.

RED SKY features a large modern kitchen with built-in dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. It is fully equipped for all your needs with fridge freezer, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.

If you prefer not to cook, a number of local restaurants offer free delivery services. For a more personalised service, a private chef can be hired who will freshly cook your requests to order.

Sleep

RED SKY is primarily designed for 6 people but can accommodate 8 people if the extra bedroom on the lower floor is used.

The upper floor contains 3 luxury bedrooms all with modern en-suite bathrooms and ample built in wardrobe space for your convenience. Each of these bedrooms comes fully equipped with Sony TV, Blu-ray player and IPTV system for your individual entertainment.

The lower floor contains another bedroom that can be used if required. This is more basic (no TV and smaller windows) than the other bedrooms but is a comparable size and has its own adjoining bathroom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
