Superbly located on the bay of Ajaccio in a private and peaceful enclave of exclusive villas,Villa Maremonti is a 6 bedrooms luxury villa with ocean and mountain views that will leave you speechless.Villa Maremonti is among the best Corsican luxury rentals for families,within easy reach of sandy beaches,the historical town of Ajaccio and the spectacular Corsican mountains.Villa Maremonti's terraces and the all-season infinity pool overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean sea offer vistas of sunrises over the mountains and sunsets over the sea.

From Villa Maremonti one can walk down to the sea through four private paths.

Villa Maremonti has been graced with an incredible rock garden.Filled with a variety of trees and flowers and embellished with a Corsican stone fountain,the garden offers cozy nooks where to relax and admire the magical landscape.Three terraces offer shade or sun at any time of the day.With its three hundred square meters (3300sqft) of indoor living space and six bedrooms,it is spacious enough to accommodate 11 people comfortably.

Villa Maremonti is beautifully decorated with authentic French period furniture and paintings which you will not find in any other rentals.

It provides all the amenities of a five stars hotel with the comforts of being in your own home.

Villa Maremonti is maintained in top shape year round both indoor and outdoor.Gardens and pool are serviced once a week and a caretaker is available seven days a week in case of need.You can choose from a variety of options when preparing your meals in either the main kitchen ,the poll-level kitchen or on the outdoor gas barbecue .Lunches and dinners can then be served in one of four different dining areas in or around the house.

Villa Maremonti can accommodate up to eleven guests in 5 double bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms.Four of the bedrooms have amazing sea,pool and mountain views.There is also an additional small bedroom for one person.All bedrooms offer high quality bedding and come with fully equipped bathrooms ( linens,toilet paper,soaps,hairdryers,etc...)

The owners who have been exploring Corsica by land and by boat for over 30 years have provided a detailed "Guest Book" with all information required to enjoy your stay to its fullest from restaurants,beaches,shops,boat rentals to helicopter rides,mountain or coastal excursions and hiking or trekking paths..

If you are not satisfied with the Guest Book's answers,you can always call the owners for help.They speak english,french,spanish and italian.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Francois (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
