Monumentos :Castillo del Papa Luna: Es la fortaleza que comparte con el Vaticano y el Palacio de los Papas de Aviñón el privilegio de haber sido una de las tres Sedes Pontificias que ha habido a lo largo de la historia. Hoy el Castillo, declarado Monumento Histórico-Artístico Nacional, es foco de atracción turística y cultural, siendo el segundo Monumento más visitado de España, tras la Alhambra de Granada, convirtiéndose para el visitante en una puerta por la que acceder a la vivencia de su historia.Museo del Mar: Fundado para la conservación, difusión y salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural y marinero de Peñíscola.Encontramos en el Museo una exposición permanente por piezas, de fondos arqueológicos, maquetas de naves, documentos gráficos, medios audiovisuales y 3 acuarios con especies mediterraneas.Bufador: Es una curiosidad geológica que consiste en un túnel natural excavado en la roca donde se asienta la ciudad, y por el que las aguas del Mediterráneo entran y salen continuamente, provocando estruendosos bufidos y elevaciones violentas del agua del mar en los días de temporal.Jardines del Castillo: Bellos jardines de vegetación autóctona mediterranea a pies del Castillo y constituyendo el pulmón del casco antiguo.Recinto enmurallado: Igual de soberbias son las murallas que mandó construir Felipe II al importante arquitecto de la época Juan Bautista Antonelli entre 1576 y 1578. El Portal Fosc, o Portal de Felipe II, es una de las tres entradas al casco antiguo. Grandioso es el Portal de San Pere, o del Papa Luna (quien lo mandó construir en 1414), en cuya parte central muestra el blasón en piedra de Pedro de Luna. Era el acceso a la fortaleza desde el mar, cuando las aguas llegaban al pie de la muralla y las barcas varaban en la misma rampa al pie del litoral.La Ermita de la Mare de Déu d'Ermitana: Situado en los alto de la ciudad fortaleza, junto al castillo, en la que se alberga la imagen de la patrona de la ciudad. Fue edificado por el gobernador Don Sancho de Echevarría entre 1.708 y 1.714.Las Islas Columbretes: Formadas por cuatro grupos de pequeños islotes y escollos, de origen volcánico. Cada grupo toma el nombre de su isla más grande, asi tenemos: la Grossa, la Ferrera, la Foradada y el Carallot. Están asentadas sobre fondos de 80 m. de profundidad y alcanzan una cobertura de 3 millas marinas, representando uno de los pequeños archipiélagos con mayor interés ecológico del Mediterráneo. Se realizan excursiones desde Peñíscola.Parque Natural y Reserva marina de la Serra d´Irta: Formado por una sierra de 15 Km paralela a la costa y en la que podemos encontrar acantilados, playas y calas que forman un espectacular paisaje litoral.La superficie protegida ocupa 12.000 hectáreas destacando un rico patrimonio artístico como; la Ermita de Sant Antoni y Santa Lucía datadas del s XVII, o las torres de Esbrí y la Torre Badum, de origen musulman.
