Oviedo Real Spa es un apartamento situado a 4,5 kilómetros de Oviedo, en el Oviedo natural donde el amanecer nos brinda un regalo cada día sin dejar de sorprendernos y salpicarnos de sus hermosos y caprichosos colores….es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Asturias.

El apartamento consta de 150m cuadrados en los que se puede disfrutar de forma totalmente privada un exclusivo Spa (mejor spa del mercado con multitud de chorros)para 6 personas que ofrece cromoterapia, aromaterapia, y masaje relax, comedor exterior con vistas a las montañas, zona de lectura y relajación, jardín con tumbonas, jets, rociador efecto lluvia y ducha cubo, salón con sofá-cama extra grande, TV de pantalla plana de 50” y Play Station 4, habitación con cama extra grande, calefacción con regulación de temperatura independiente para cada estancia, conexión WiFi gratuita, cocina equipada con fogones, microondas, nevera, lavadora y cafetera Nespresso.

El alojamiento incluye 3h de uso de Spa por noche reservada.

Ubicación; a 7 minutos de la catedral de Oviedo, a 4 kilómetros del impresionante Parque de Invierno que a su vez tiene acceso a rutas como Fuso de la Reina, Senda del Oso, también a tan solo 3 kilómetros del zoológico El Bosque y a 4 km del conjunto histórico de Olloniego con su bonito puente romano.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuel Ivan (the owner) a message.

    If Manuel Ivan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
