From the owner

This is a wonderful getaway with all the amenities of home. The resort has 11 pools and one of those is located just a few steps from your front door (it's even heated for those cool nights!) There is an 18 hole putt putt course on site, tennis courts, shuffle board, you name it! You have your very own golf cart to get around the resort, which makes taking your beach gear to the beach walk a breeze! When you get to the beach there is a private clubhouse and restaurant with a beach front pool. There are no elevators here, you park in your reserved spots right at your front door. There is no better place to spend your summer or to get the most value for your vacation dollars!

*Notice: The two bathrooms upstairs have shower/bath condos. The downstairs master has a Jacuzzi tub but no shower.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Drew (the owner) a message.

If Drew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
