This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

You can't get any closer to the water than Shores of Panama room 1206. This charming studio unit (Sleeps 3) located on the 12th floor is darling. It's the perfect getaway spot for couple's or smaller families. This unit features a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer. This cute shabby chic decorated room has reclining sofa, HDTV mounted television with a dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, if you wish. There is also an ottoman that folds out into a twin size mattress.

Shores of Panama Resort located on the Gulf of Mexico with stunning views from every balcony. Shores of Panama Resort is known for it's 14,000 sq. ft. zero entry pool. This tropical lagoon pool is surrounded by the greenest and most gorgeous landscapes. Thirsty? Hungry? While relaxing poolside don't forget to try one of the frozen drinks at the Tiki bar or grab a bite from the grill. The Shores of Panama is a family friendly resort and presents new choices of daily kid activities for all ages.

The 12th floor is high enough for a great view but not so high you spend all your time waiting on elevators. In fact you can venture to the top floor of the garage and you are walking distance from the unit. NO ELEVATORS! Come and see the best new resort on PCB. How do damage deposits work?
