This is a beautifully decorated one bedroom condo, conveniently located on the third floor of the west tower in the Splash Resort! The master bedroom has a beautiful sea grass king size bed, with night stands and lamps on both sides, for late night reading, a 19 inch flat screen television, and a smart Blu Ray player. The master bathroom has a large shower and a huge soaking tub. The bunk beds are perfect for the children. There is another full bathroom in the hallway with a large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, mixer, blender, crock pot, etc. There is seating for four at the bar and a table for two in the kitchen. You can enjoy gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico while eating or preparing a meal. The living room offers a new queen size Sunbrella sofa bed, custom blackout drapes, 42 inch flat screen television, and a smart Blu Ray player loaded with apps. We even offer a nice pack and play for the little ones in your party! The seating is comfortable and great for the kids to lounge around and watch television. Outside on your private balcony, you can sit and relax while watching the sun sink into the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And don't forget to run down to the beach kiosk when you arrive for your COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIRS!! (Seasonal March thru October)

The children's water park is located in the west tower, and because you are on the third floor no need to wait on the elevators! This is especially nice during the busy summer months!!

We now have an onsite Pool Bar and Grill downstairs at the East Tower pools AND a Coffee and Donut shop upstairs above the water park where the arcade used to be. Make sure to check them out when they're open seasonally from March to October!

We have tried to provide a perfect, relaxing condo for vacationing families in every way possible. Splash is a great resort for children of all ages (adults included). This complex has everything you could possibly want, right on location. It is conveniently located to some of the wonderful attractions of Panama City Beach. There is easy access to Back Beach Road, to avoid the beach traffic. We hope you come and stay again and again.
