Freshly renovated October 2023 with over 2,250 square fee, our beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the popular Orange Tree vacation home subdivision sleeps 10 comfortably and is just a 15 minute drive from Disney.

Free wireless internet, full size crib, high chair, and playpen are all included at no additional cost for your use. Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Stainless steel kitchen appliances.

A 65 inch flat screen TV in the family room, flat screen TVs in bedrooms.

The perfect environment for guests looking for an Orlando vacation with a home away from home feel, relaxing amenities with the privacy and spaciousness of your very own home complete with it's own pool and hot tub. Skylights in the family room allow abundant light through the home.

The home has 5 bedrooms, with 3 masters, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Two master bedrooms have king size beds with high quality memory foam mattresses and have direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own ensuite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have two twin beds each and share the fourth bathroom.

Take advantage of the 65 inch smart TV as you relax in the over-sized family room. Each bedroom has it's own television and there is in home laundry.

Stay seven nights or more from only $149 US per night plus the one time clean fee of $140 US. Pool heat for the pool and hot tub is optional and the cost varies depending on time of year, contact me for rates.

Rate is based on a 7 night minimum stay and rates vary throughout the year.

Longer stays are discounted significantly and shorter stays can also be priced upon request. Please contact me for a quote. Now takings bookings for 2023 and all of 2024.

The following terms and conditions apply to all rentals:

1. The renter agrees that this is a strictly non-smoking property. A $150 charge will be made against your security deposit should evidence of smoking be found in the property.

2. Pets are not permitted in rental properties. A $200 charge will be made against your security deposit should the renter bring pets in the property.

3. A non refundable 30% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The total rental balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival, again non-refundable once paid. (Please see no. 5 Travel Insurance)

4. No cancellations will be accepted due to weather related issues.

5. We strongly recommend you obtain Travel Insurance to cover cancellations and weather matters or ill health and disruption to travel. Cancellations will not be permitted for any force majeur.

6. Early check ins or late check outs are possible for an additional fee. If late check out is not arranged and renter does not promptly check-out at 10am, the renter will be charged $25.00 per hour.

7. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age.

8. If willful damage is caused by the renter, the renter will be charged accordingly.

    Why can't I call Owen (the owner) before booking?

    If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Owen (the owner) a message.

    If Owen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
