"EL LIMONERO" (THE LEMON TREE) is a beautiful semi-detached two floors house in the urbanization "Los Dolses", in Orihuela Costa, a few km from beaches and shopping centers. It is a very comfortable house with central heating, air conditioning, SAT TV, solarium with barbecue and a charming garden. It is in a private community, with beautiful gardens in the surroundings and a large shared pool surrounded by Mediterranean forests and a good number of golf courses for lovers of this sport.

At the front of the house there is a small garden, with a very nice porch where you can eat, have a snack, or simply spend a while reading or chatting. On the porch there is a table to make meals where 6 people can fit. It has noon orientation. For access to the porch and the ground floor of the house from the garden there are 7 steps.

The entrance of the house leads to a spacious lounge. It has a small table, a sofa and two armchairs in front of TV.

Behind it, there is a dining table with capacity for 4 people, although most of the year it is very pleasant to make meals on the porch or on the terrace.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room, although with an american bar that isolates it. It is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The washing machine is also in the kitchen.

The house has three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Each of the bedrooms on the ground floor have two 200x90 cm beds, and a large wardrobe. Both have ventilation to the rear garden, with west orientation: one has glass doors to that garden, and the other a large window.

One of the bedrooms has a bathroom en suite with shower with screen, sink and WC.

In addition, in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms there is another bathroom, with a bathtub with screen, sink, bidet and WC.

From the porch there are stairs that lead to the first floor of the house where there is a large terrace, and the third bedroom.

The terrace has 20 m2, and is oriented to the sea so it usually runs a nice breeze. In the background you can see the Mediterranean. It has a fantastic barbecue, and outdoor furniture.

The bedroom has a double door to the terrace, and orientation and ventilation to both of the facades of the house. It has a 190x140 cm bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom en suite has a large shower with screen, sink, and WC.

Both in the living room on the ground floor and in the bedroom on the first floor, there is an air conditioner, and the house has gas central heating. It also has WIFI and TV with international channels.

The urbanization has swimming pools (for adults and children), and also a garden for children.

A few meters from the house there is a car park for the urbanization.

LOCATION

"EL LIMONERO" has an unbeatable location: only 2 km from Villamartin Golf Club, 3 km from the Real Club de Golf Campoamor, or 3.2 km from "Las Ramblas" Golf Club.

Also in a radius of less than 5-6 km from the house you will find magnificent beaches of fine sand and transparent waters like those of La Zenia, Cabo Roig or Dehesa de Campoamor.

As for services, within a radius of 800 m there are two shopping centers and a supermarket -Dialprix-, and at 3 km La Zenia Boulevard Shopping and Leisure Center which has around 150 stores such as Zara, Guess, Benetton, Blanco, Europe's largest Primark store, H & M, C & A, Druni, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, etc., as well as leisure activities.

Also less than 5 km there is Pharmacy, Medical Center, Restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, etc.

"EL LIMONERO" is 13 km from the center of Torrevieja, important tourist town of the Costa Blanca.

Chris, thanks for taking the time to make your valuation and comments. And sorry that you where uncomfortable. But as you mention it was because an unusual heat wave. And I have to disagree about the quality of aircon. As clearly marked in the description, aircon is in the living roon, and of course it doesn't cool the whole house.
