For tourists and business guests of Opatija (CROATIA) we offer an ideal accommodation.

Apartment Camellia (4* stars) is located on the first floor of an old villa (build in 1907.) in a quiet street in Opatija, and also very close to downtown, beaches, markets and other tourist locations.

Our renovated and modern equipped apartment will provide you with comfort, relaxation and a pleasant feeling of home. It has a nice view (at the sea and the main street). There are the high ceilings.

The apartment has 100 square meters. There are 2 bedrooms (double bed), large living room with TV and satellite (sofa bed), kitchen with dining area, spacious hallway, two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with shower, balcony with awning, Internet access is free of charge (WI-FI and via cable). The apartment is designed for staying 2 to 6 adults with children. There is The Children`s beach closed to the Apartment.

There is all the equipment available needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, big refrigerator with freezer, a modern fully equipped kitchen, microwave, hairdryer, ironing set, air conditioner, floor heating, additional bed (on request). We have equipment for children (on request): baby cot with a table for shift, buggy, high chair, bath, nursery for baby, potty, children's lid to the toilet, toys for sand (for the beach). Sockets are secured by a lid.

The apartment is fully equipped with bedding, towels and dishes for eating and cooking.

Opatija is a town at the Adriatic, located on the northern Adriatic, and on the eastern coast of Istrian peninsula, at the foot of the mountain Ucka. Town is only few kilometers from a big regional center Rijeka, and not fat away from Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Excellent position for tourism as it is close to guests from western Europe, and it is also close to the guests from the inside of Croatia.

Main branch is tourism. Climate is mild, and town is well protected from the stronger wings and clouds by the mountain Ucka.

Its position, great whether, beautiful nature, gorgeous beaches, crystal sea, rich cultural manifestations and many accommodation possibilities made from Opatija leading tourist town in Croatia. Opatija is also well known by the congress tourism as many hotels offer congress halls which are regularly attended by the local as well as foreign businessmen. Also it is a city of medical tourism.

Tourist season in Opatija is not restricted just on the summer months.

As climate is friendly, winters are mild and during winter months there are lots of tourists as well. Spring is also crowded with tourists, and September is almost like reserved for tourists of older age.

Opatija really lives during the whole year, and that is really just like that. It is not necessary to mention that all gastro lovers will find their satisfaction in many restaurants, where they will be able to order all kind of food, from sea food to local specialties.

There are a lot of possibilities to rest: you can sweem, swim at the warm sea, walk (or jogging) along 14 km Lungomare (Nordic running the same), a lot of parks and old villas, several SPA and Wellness areas with pools. There are several tennis court, football stadium.

It is possible to rent: a bike, a kayak, a boat, a baggy, a skuter, a jet ski; book different guided excursions, use semi-submarine, parasail.

In Opatija tourists can find many cultural manifestations, especially during the summer. Also it is possible to attend arts pavilion Juraj Sporer. Some of the sights which can be seen are St. Jacobs Church, Parish Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation, Evangelical Church, St. Ann's Church and many more.

How do damage deposits work?

If ALLA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
