Along with a electric gate to park on the premises with remote access, "The Nyssa" comes with 3 bedrooms, an Open Concept Living room, Dining Room and Kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. We also provide all linens, inc bathrobes. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom while the 2nd bathroom is centralized. All rooms are fully furnished with ample closet space and equipped with 42' Samsung LCD screens, with Android TV(Kodi, Netflix with 5 Profiles subscription included and VLC media player, enabling you to view personal USB device files), LG Air Condition units as well as Modern Ceiling Fans. Fully Equipped Kitchen with a large sized fridge, with an automatic ice maker, stove, microwave and laundry (washer & dryer) with option to even hang dry delicate garments. Keurig coffee maker with a full spindle of flavors to choose from. Rear of the home has private enclosed patio with a BBQ (2 Cylinders of Propane included). The home is equipped with Solar Power in the event of a blackout. The home is also fully enclosed with gated key access, which 1 key opens all locks and is provided to you. The rear patio is too equipped with a 42' Samsung smart tv with surround sound to ensure you do not miss a beat of your program while grilling, or enjoying a patio breeze. An electric water heater has been upgraded to ensure consistent hot water for guests. If requested, a housekeeper is available to cook, clean and provide child care for and additional daily fee. For meals, just provide the groceries and request as you wish. Community amenities include: 24 Hr Outdoor pool, A Gym which is Open Between 5 am and 10 pm, and a Tennis court. All included!!! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

If Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
