Description

Eden Sands Villa is a fully air conditioned property that is located 15 feet away from its very own beach.

The approximately 1600 sq ft property is a hidden gem that has been contemporarily renovated. Our master bedroom is equipped with a custom King Size Guango bed, with an overhead reading light and a table/bench perfect for your laptop or phone charging station. Our sheets are a minimum of a 1000TC to encourage rest. There is a walking closet with a safe and a tub in the master bath room.

The second bedroom has two single Bamboo beds when joined, converts to a comfortable king size bed. The room has all the same amenities as the Master save an accept a standing shower.

Our Ms. Barbara/Christine/Angie will be your housekeeper/chef and will take care of your rooms in the morning and prepare your meals as requested. They are skilled in all local and other cuisines to include vegetarian.

A favorite for our guests is to travel to the local market and purchase your own fresh produce. Many guests like to cook along or even do their own thing. We are flexible, just let us know what's best for you. You can email us a grocery list which we will have available on arrival. Your stay will also include a complementary meal on arrival, your choice of Curried Goat, Oxtail, Escovitched Fish, Ficasse Chicken - Rice and Peas with a side of home grown organic greens. At nights we have our watch man 'Milo' (approx. 6pm to 8am) on site.

Note we are located within ten (10) minutes drive to White River "Blue Hole", and most Chukka Tours! Dunns River, Mystic Mountain and ten minutes walk to all major craft markets, banks/cambios and souvenir shopping centers. We are also walking distance to restaurants like Ms. T's, Ocho Rios Jerk Centre, Fisherman's Village, Evitas, Passage to India, Remeki/Guncourt, Mongoose Bar, Johncrow Bar, Turtle River Park, Moon Palace Resort, Rooms on the Beach and Hibiscus Lodge.

ALL water sports such - scuba diving, fishing, jet skis can be accessed on the beach. Let us know in advance and we can organize all tours you are interested in.

We also have a Barbeque and Chess terrace, where you can cook, play or just relax in our extra large hammock. We have Snorkel Equipment (life jackets/fins/mask), a new 2 Seater Kayak and a new ISLE Soft Top StandUp Paddle Board that is included which you may use at your own risk and leisure. Enjoy our original conch shower and beach chairs. We also have a variety of board games, cards/dominos etc.

Airport transportation - US$260 Roundtrip from and to the Montego Bay Airport and US$300 Roundtrip from and to Kingston Airport. Maximum of 6 passengers. Each additional passenger US$25.

For local transportation - Our staff can recommend local drivers that we work with who we know are reasonable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Melissa (the owner) a message.

If Melissa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
