This home is Beautiful! It sits on a gated, private and secure 2 1/2 acres offering mountain valley and wildlife jungle views. onsite caretaker and tour guide included. We have the largest salt water pool in Nosara, The home has A/C & Ceiling fans in 6 of the 6 bedrooms. The 6th bedroom has a 360 degree window system offering mountain and ocean breezes. The house has Satellite TV and high speed Wireless Internet. Once you arrive at the airport use our shuttle service for a problem and stress free arrival to the house (additional charge)The beach is a 3 min drive or a short 15 min walk away. We have also just added a covered yoga studio, with gym, heavy bag with focus mitts, gloves and tiga ping pong table. This can also be used just for relaxing in the over sized hammocks.An amazing gourmet kitchen, with cook available at extra charge. Master Suite with walk-in shower with dual shower heads. balconies and verandas off every room. perfect for monkey and parrot watching. Tourney-size billiard table. Huge Sundeck, teak wood lounge chairs with cushions and is a popular spot for yoga or dining under the stars Perfect for yoga. comfortable clean beds with 400 thread count linens. SURFING, FISHING and WATERFALL TOURS are incredible here. Playa Guiones, our local break is a mile-long beach break. It's been called 'The Most Consistent surf spot anywhere' Perfect for beginning as well as experienced surfers, it has head-high waves almost every day of the year. Our estate has avocado, orange, and mandarin trees as well as a long list of indigenous fruit trees all ripe for the picking, when in season. Fun for the whole family.

How do damage deposits work?
