Pink Sand Cottage sets directly on the beach dune over looking the Atlantic Ocean. This Bahamian style cottage gives visitors to Eleuthera a real taste of island living. Located on quiet North Palmetto Point at the Double Bay end of Banks Road, this haven is the perfect place for relaxation.

Enjoy the empty miles of beach outside the front door or float in our quiet cove.

This is a beach lovers ideal location.

Great snorkeling from the cottage beach can be had at the reefs right off shore or the more adventurous can snorkel to nearby Gut Key just off shore.

The Cottage has an open floor plan ( "Studio" ) with 1 bathroom with shower.

Very sorry you had issues Weusually get down in oct but me ( ken) at 73 and wife Adele now 74 II have health issues Knee and shoulder replacement Thus limiting us getting tgere Very soory for fan chsin however there is a/c abd maybe you should of used that while informing caretaker of tge fan issue Our caretaker is very quick to bespond Personally feeling you are at will to post as you feel but maybe you should of stayed at a hotel if things like these minor issues bother you We dont have many ( if any 3 star ratings) sorry again I just returned from island and the cottage and billa are 100% at this time Kindly Ken and Adele Holtermann owners our home and cottage have beennreciently been place up for sale Thank you

Been to Eleuthera 4 times & this was the best.Privacy wonderful, snorkeling & swimming in front. Parrot fish came so close we could have touched them Best vacation ever

Why can't I call Kenneth (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kenneth (the owner) a message.

If Kenneth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
