Large 4 Bedroom. Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with own bathrooms and lounge furniture. Down stairs 2 large bedrooms with adjoining bathroom between bedrooms.
Large open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen. 3/4 size snooker table.

This large modern fully furnished quality beach house situated in sunny Marahau 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the gateway of the Abel Tasman Park.
The house is modern (built 2002)with 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuites with toilets. Both upstairs bedrooms are open plan with lounge furniture. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a Rinnai gas log fire and 3/4 size snooker table. The large open plan living area has sliding glass doors that facilitate inside outside living onto 2 metre width veranda around the Eastern Northern and Western sides of the house.

It is a 200 metre walk to a beach front cafe/restaurant and grocery store.

Internet access is available via hotspot (credit card required or purchase IAC card from the Abel tasman Centre 200 up the street.)
