Three family room gathering areas allow you to pick your style: Great Room filled with sunlight, an 85” TV and ocean views allows you to mingle with the cooks or relax overlooking the ocean and your private pool. The mid-level family room has an 85” TV, seating for 12 and it has access to the deck with ocean views, or you could pull the curtains and have a movie night with the huge TV. The ground-level recreation room has ample seating for the party, with a regulation size pool table and another 85” TV. The kitchenette keeps the kids happy when you stock it with snacks...and the full-size refrigerator is easy to access from the pool through the recreation room or the cabana bath. The kitchen has plenty of space for all the cooks. The eat-in café table in the kitchen is a nice spot for kids to have lunch or their private space during dinner.
