“3 Sons at 4 Sea Sons” From the time we placed our reservations online until we checked out our vacation at 4 Sea Sons was a 5 star experience. The 7 bedroom home was spotless when we arrived. It was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay there. The kitchen was stocked with all the cook and bakeware we needed. Every bed- room had TV and the speakers for the stereo system were even outside in the pool and bar area! The location was 1 block to the beach and the shopping area was within a bike ride away (the house even had 2 bikes). The best thing about our stay at 4 Sea Sons was the time spent with family and this was possible because he house was so roomy that we could all be together for a week and not even get on each other's nerves. The one bad thing about our week vacation at Four Sea Sons was saying good bye.

“Great location” Outer Banks Blue is a great rental company. They always responded quickly to our problems. Unfortunately, that was often. There were quite a few issues with the house. It is in nedd of some TLC. At least the hot tub was up and working! We will rent again with the company, but not that house.

“Our fist OBX Soundfront experience” In the past, we stayed in larger, oceanfront properties. We decided to look for a smaller home as our group was much smaller this year and we found Avoca Blue. This 4 bedroom house was the perfect size and had a more appropriate lower price for our smaller group. It was wonderful having our children on the smae floor as us (upstairs) and our friends having their child downstairs with them. The saltwater pool and hot tub facing the water were beautiful, as were the sunsets. The trolley service to the beach was frequent and easy to catch. Valet service at the beach made the trip very simple since we were lugging coolers, umbrellas, and bags. The convienence factor was high! The bike path in the neighborhhod was great for the kids and the traffic was very minimal in this gated community. We forgot we even had enighbors when we were on the pool deck. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage was a nice bonus for our bikes. The site is private, quiet and tranquil. We loved it!

“Slam Dunk Property” We had an amazing week at the Slam Dunk rental property. The house was spacious, clean, and really was a steal for the price. Not within walking distance to the beach but it was close enough to the drive on beach which is what the outerbanks is all about anyway. All in all it may not be one of the best homes in the area, but it very well may be one of the best homes for the price, positively a value rental. Only negative thing I can think of is some of was some of the beach chairs and other beach accessories were not in the best shape so you will want to bring your own. All in all, great trip and great rental, would recommend to anyone vacationing with friends or family.

“Wonderful Family Vacation” We stayed at SmileAway for the OBX Marathon. It was a wonderful family vacation experience. The house was beyond spacious with more than enough room for all of us and our dogs. We had great weather with only a few days of rain. The indoor activities such as the air hockey table (needs a bit of work) and the pool table (could use new cues), plus all the board games and books kept us busy when we couldn't go sight seeing. The WiFi Internet access was appreciated as well. We would definitely stay again.

“Point of Views lives up to it's name!” This emaculate home was delightful with a superb view of the ocean and sunrise, and a lovely sunset view too! Very confeniently located with just a short walk to the beach! We were all so happy with our choice!

“Wonderful layout” I would recommend to anyone who has a large family. The bedrooms were situated throughout to give everyone their own space. The upstairs kitchen familly room area is large enough so that the family can gather when they desire. The pool and hot tub are a great asset to relax at home. The beach is a bit of a walk.

“Perfect for a Family Vacation!” We absolutely loved the house! It was in a great location - just close enough to shop, restaurants, etc. but unbelieveable quiet on the street. The ammenities were awesome. We did not want for anything. The quick walk to the beach was not bad at all. We'd definately stay there again!

“A Perfect Week” We have been going to the Outer Banks for 10 years and this was our favorite vacation so far. We picked this house because of the price,proximity to the beach and amenitied listed. I was a bit nervous because the pictures made it appear smaller and not as updated as we are used to but we were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The house is adorable! We arrived several hours before check-in and could not get into the house even though it had already been cleaned(we peaked in the windows!)so we went to the nearby Tim Buck II Shopping Center to use the restrooms and let the kids play on the swingsets. What a great shopping center. They have everything from go-carts to t-shirt shops to nice restaurants. We went with friends who had never been to the Outer Banks before and they loved it! We had a total of 6 children(ages 2 1/2 to 11) and they were thrilled with all of the movies and board games in the upstairs closet. The weather was perfect the entire week except for a few nights of rain but it never fazed us because it was when we were sleeping. The house is located in Ocean Sands which is only 2 miles from the grocery store. We spent the majority of our time lounging at the beach while the kids played in the water and we couldn't have been any closer. We were the 3rd house from the beach. The pool was great for afternoons. The house could use some additional outdoor seating both by the pool and on the decks. We also would have liked some bikes but ended up renting them for the week. Overall, it was a blissful week of sitting on the beach listening to the ocean while reading books and hanging out with great friends!

“Judge's Chambers, Corolla NC” The location of Judge's Chambers was outstanding. The house met all of our family's needs. Just keep in mind that the house is not over the top like the surrounding homes in the neighborhood. It had a large, beautiful pool which was in full sun all day long. The game room was great too. The furnishings and the carpeting were a bit dated, but that didn't bother us since were spent most of our time outside, or at the beach. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt that it was very well-priced for all that it had.
