This luxurious penthouse apartment has panoramic views across the Bay of Kotor to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kotor old town.

With 2 spacious bedrooms, modern, open-plan living area , 2 large balconies and a prime Kotor-Muo location, the apartment is ideal for a memorable stay in Montenegro that you will want to repeat again and again.

With spectacular views from both balconies, and from the open-plan living space, you can appreciate the Boka Kotorska without leaving your apartment. The living area has direct access to both the main and side balconies. It contains a large sofa-bed, TV, DVD, iPod docking station and dining for 6 guests. The solid oak Italian kitchen has granite worktops and top of the range appliances including dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

The deluxe master bedroom has a king-sized bed and direct access to the side-balcony. The bright second bedroom has twin beds and views of the mountain to the back of the apartment. The shower-room is stylish and modern and contains the washing machine. Towels are provided for use in the apartment. Please bring your own towels for beach and pool use.

In front of the apartment is a large pool, shared exclusively by the other apartments of Kotor View. The pool terrace has panoramic bay views which can be enjoyed from your pool-side lounger. For entertaining, there is an outside BBQ area with dining table and ample seating and the lawn area has plenty of space for children to play. In addition, there is private parking for all visitors to the apartment.

All of this within a 5 minute walk of the waterfront.

The apartment and surrounding area are child friendly, however, the beautiful black mountains do mean stairs, both down from the car park to the apartment building (see photo), and from the building to the waterfront. These may be a challenge for those with pushchairs or mobility problems.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
