This is a very safe area of Spain.

Total cleaned to the highest standard, with all pillow protectors and mattress protectors washed for each guests arrival, all cleaned with antibacterial products.

The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The accommodation comprises a comfortable lounge including a new large flat screen TV with English free view channels, free Fiber WiFi, DVD player together with a supply of films, DVD's and a stereo radio CD player, USB player with integral I-pod dock, & blue tooth..A bedroom with King size very comfortable bed, with English Good Quality Bedding and Towels.

Newly refitted and well equipped Kitchen, so you can cook here if you prefer, we also have a Gas BBQ for Alfresco meals. and an immaculate Bathroom. The apartment is equipped with fans, air conditioning, central heating and Free WiFi. There is permanent access to the private Salt pool and terraces, the apartment and pool area are at the rear of the main villa. All facilities are completed to a very high standard. Sea views, Secure parking. An extensive welcome pack, cleaning, bed-linen, towels & pool towels are included in the price,

The apartment and gardens have just been refurbished to a high standard, and are very clean and well equipped.The Villa Pool has just been completely renovated in Dec.2014 the Apartment is on the first floor and has wonderful sea and mountain views.( No one above you )The Sunny roof terrace has Sea & Mountain views, table, chairs, and sunbeds and a sun awning for al fresco dining.There is also a safe deposit box. Free WiFi.In the kitchen / diner there is table and 2 chairs, juicer, toaster, kettle, combination microwave with oven, hob.,fridge/freezer iron & ironing board and plenty of utensils. There is also a clothes airer.

The villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de sac with secure covered off street parking.The swimming pool is heated for all year round use, and is on a salt system which is for the skin and eyes. It is set in the private rear garden. There is also an outdoor shower for cooling off. The pool side terrace has sun loungers and parasols for relaxing and sunbathing. There are tables and chairs around the garden in sunny and shady areas. Also a BBQ.
The pool and garden area are only shared with the couple who own the villa, when they are there.The roof terrace is very private and for the sole use of Guests staying in the apartment. It is not overlooked, so you can get an allover tan if you wish.Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace. Villa Mimosa has to be the best apartment we have ever stayed in!
It seems as though Jenny & Nige have thought of everything-So many wonderful touches-it has, genuinely, felt like a home from home,We really don want to leave.
The pool and surrounding gardens have provided us with exactly the super- chilled, relaxing environment we needed.
It's in a great situation to explore the surrounding area-lovely lunches to be had at Fustera beach!
Near to superb restaurants – Rondos & Sataris in particular provide a memorable night out.

“We've just returned from our 10th stay at the Villa Mimosa apartment. We keep returning because it's so very comfortable, well equipped and we love the delightful views of the Med, the Penon d'Ifach and the Bernia mountains. It's particularly lovely sitting on the terrace either enjoying a meal or relaxing with a glass or two. If the sun gets too hot and you'd like some shade just wind out the awning. If you enjoy a dip there is a heated pool and guests are welcome to use it and to stretch out on the sunloungers on the pool terrace.
The villa over which the apartment is situated is in a well established, peaceful area yet within 10 minutes, by car, you can be in either Calpe or Moraira with their many restaurants, boutiques etc.
Nigel and Jenny are friendly, helpful hosts and not only is a generous welcome pack provided to get you started but you will also find in the kitchen cupboards all the "bits and pieces" you might need in the first few days.
Your hosts maintain a high standard of decoration both inside and out and, this year, Jenny who is well known for her artistic flair, has replaced the bedroom and living room curtains with a lovely, sunny, golden yellow material which seems so right for the apartment.
We hope you enjoy your stay at Villa Mimosa as much as we always do.”

This is our 4th visit to Villa Mimosa, and yet again we can not fault the exceeding warm welcome and excellent hospitality of Jenny & Nige.
What with Jenny's expert eye for detail in making the apartment a haven of comfort, and Nige's loving attention to the fabulous gardens and pool area.

Although our 4th visit to Moraira and our 2nd this year,
this is our first to “Villa mimosa”.
What a beautiful place, with absolutely nothing left to chance, from the very thoughtful welcome pack, to the detail in every aspect, could not have asked for better.
Jenny & Nige have been the perfect hosts and we now no why guests keep returning.
Alas the dream is over and the sunny shores of Ireland beckons,
but hope to return next year to Moraira to “Villa Mimosa”.

We could not praise this holiday property enough. This was our third visit and was just as good as our previous visits. The wellcome package provided was excellent, including a bottle of very good wine. Situated midway between Calpe & Moraira, you are only a short drive from dozens of restaurants and bars and the nearest beach is just at the bottom of the road. The views of the hills and sea from the roof terrace are magnificent. It is also very quiet and peacefull and ideal for just relaxing and doing nothing. The pool is excellent, and like the gardens spotlessly clean. Jenny & Nige are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. We have found a real gem here and we will be visiting Villa Mimosa again next year and probably quite a few more times in the future. Definitely a five star place.

The apartment has a south facing sunny lounge leading out onto an all day sunny Very private roof terrace with lovely views,overlooking the Med. You won't be disappointed. All prices include a welcome pack, pool towels and free fast WiFi. You can stay any amount of days you like, No problem! This is a Very Clean well equipped apartment. We do not have a fixed change over days, so you can make use of cheaper flights mid week. Extra charge for heating the pool during the winter . We have a book in the apartment With lots of details of places to see & eat etc, even a local Taxi number.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny (the owner) a message.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
