Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa is a Self Catering Vacation Rental accommodation which provides a great holiday experience in a quiet, residential area approximately 10 minutes from Montego Bay Airport and 7 minutes drive away from the main shopping centers, cinemas,restaurants and the famous Mobay "Hip Strip", Doctor's Cave Beach, Cornwall Beach, Aqua Sol Beach and water sport along the North Coast of Jamaica. There is off street parking for cars with secure fencing around the property. The garden is well maintained with seasonal tropical plants as well as fruits.

There is also an array of exotic fruits, beautiful tropical plants, a herb garden and flowers. This property is very secure and gated and is suitable for young children with a wide space for them to play and have fun.

Lounge

Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa has large spacious and airy lounge with a three piece suites where you can sit and relax. We provide Satellite TV,FREE Wi Fi, DVD player, a music station and a library with assorted books and magazines. The lounge opens up to the large veranda which seats up to 13 persons.

Kitchen

Paradise Palms Jamaica Villa has large a fully fitted and equipped kitchen available with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, large cooker with oven, Hamilton Beach twin toaster, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, Hamilton Beach blender, cutlery, glassware, crockery and assorted cooking utensils. There are 2 large rooms to choose from to sit and eat or you can sit and enjoy your dining on the large veranda or the rear of the property where there is also an eating section.

Bedroom 1 and 2 has its own en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are equipped with Air con, ceiling fans and free standing fans for your comfort. All bedrooms consist of bedside tables with lamps and closets and chest drawers which are ideal for storing your clothing. Adequate bed linen is provided and there is also a deposit safe to keep your valuables.

Bathrooms

There are 3 bathroom which provides (bath and shower) with hot/cold water, hair dryer and adequate assorted towels. The bathrooms are tastefully decorated and the decor compliments the bedrooms. Each bathroom has cupboard storage space which you can store your toiletries.

Outdoor facilities

One of the most beautiful feature paradise palms Jamaica is the architectural design of the property. It boasts high beam ceilings and a long veranda that runs the length of the property and overlooks the beautiful Caribbean sea and beautiful scenery. There is ample parking for three cars. Large enough open space for children to play. There are a variety of season fruit trees and a display of colourful tropical plants and flowers. There is also an outdoors Bar-B-Que at the rear of the property should you wish to have some jerk pork/chicken.

There is A/C provided at this property, as well as ceiling and freestanding fans.

Bedroom 5 is a separate Self Contained Studio with a Queen and sleeps 2 persons and is equipped with air con. This is rented separately and not a part of rental unless there are more than 9 persons and if available.
