Alojamiento con dos habitaciones con cama doble cada habitación. La habitación principal cuenta con ventilador de techo y la segunda habitación tiene ventilador de torre. Tiene una terraza de 15m2 y se encuentra a segunda línea de mar también con ventilador de techo.

Se ve el mar desde la cocina y la terraza. A 30 segundos a pie del mar. La cocina tiene microondas y utensilios para cocinar. Con televisión de 43" en el comedor de pantalla plana e internet. Wifi gratis.

Apartamento muy agradable y en lugar privilegiado de la playa. Perfecto para matrimonio con 1-2 niños o dos parejas. Tengo sillita para bebé o cuna si necesario.

Zona agradable para parejas y familias. Con servicios de chiringuitos, bares, supermercado, panadería y fruterías cercanas.

El cuarto de baño esta equipado con bañera y ducha. Se debe tener en cuenta que No se proporcionan toallas para el baño o toallas para la playa. Se proporciona sólo un set de ropa de cama para cada cama de matrimonio.

El puesto de la Cruz Roja y Salvamento Marino se encuentra muy cercano, junto con la rampa de botadura para pequenas embarcaciones, kayaks, wind surf o paddle, si se practican deportes acuáticos. El Grao de Moncofa es una zona tranquila si se quiere descansar y gozar de la proximidad del mar durante los meses de temporada baja. Los meses de verano ofrece una variada cantidad de actividades para todas las edades. A 45 km de Valencia si se quiere visitar la ciudad, y cercano a la Serra d'Espadá y el Maestrazgo si se prefiere una ruta de interior.

"Accommodation with two rooms with double bed each room. The main room has a ceiling fan and the second room has a tower fan. It has a 15m2 terrace with a ceiling fan too and is located on the second line of the sea, so you get the sea breeze and the waves breaking down sound. 30 seconds walk to the beach.

You can see the sea from the kitchen and the terrace. The terrace has a big table to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the ample terrace.

The kitchen has a microwave and cooking utensils. With 43" television in the dining room with flat screen and internet. Free Wi-Fi.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Note that bathroom towels and beach towels are Not provided for guests. One bed linen for the two double beds is provided.

Very nice apartment and in a privileged place on the beach. Perfect for couples with 1-2 children or two couples. I have a baby seat or cot if necessary.

Nice area for couples and families. With services of beach bars, bars, supermarket, bakery and greengrocers nearby.

The Red Cross and Marine Rescue post is very close, along with the launching ramp for small boats, kayaks, wind surfing or paddle boarding, if you practice water sports. El Grao de Moncofa is a quiet area if you want to rest and enjoy the proximity of the sea during the low season months. The summer months offer a varied amount of activities for all ages. 45 km from Valencia if you want to visit the city, and close to the Serra d'Espadá and the Maestrazgo if you prefer an inland route.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angeles (the owner) a message.

If Angeles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
