madame merci pour votre retour et désolé que cela ne vous ai pas plu, cependant sachez que le règlement des frais du nettoyage est de 20€ et je ne vous ai pas demandé plus, surtout quand on laisse la location vraiment sale et sans aucun respect, sachez qu' il y a toujours une pastille lave vaisselle et que c'est a vous de l utilisez, non je ne laisse pas de produits lave vaisselle car le degré de propreté n'est pas le même pour tous lorsque l on lave a la main alors que le lave vaisselles, c'est toujours pareil , le petit déjeuner de bienvenue est du café du thé des friandises et de la confiture et compris et offert pour la location, et comme indiqué partout dans la location pour un petit déjeuner copieux avec en plus du fromage, du pain des canistrelli, du jus d 'orange, de la charcuterie, des fruits bio et bien d autres bon produit, c'est 15€ par personne , ils suffit de me le dire au minimum 2 jours avant votre arrivée mais bon !!! sachez que l accès est une route toute bétonné et que vous en corse sur les hauteur avec vue mer montagne what else, et qu' il y a des marches pour descendre et monté comme dans beaucoup d'endroit et que je ne ferai jamais un accès direct dans le salon en voiture; sachez également qu' il n a jamais été question de location avec accès a personne a mobilité réduite, et oui c'est bien mentionné partout qu' il n y a pas d'accès a personne a mobilité réduites, il suffit de lire ou de demandé simplement avant de réservé, je vous aurai simplement refusé la location, et pour votre information la location continue et beaucoup de gens sont super heureux de venir a uribellinu et reviennent a nouveau , il y a malheureusement les 1% de gens n'ont satisfait et vous en faite partie, et je pense ne pas être le seule dans ce cas bon courage a vous

tout d abord merci pour votre venue, cependant je suis désolée que cela ne vous est pas convenu, Pour répondre court. Tout est indiqué dans l annonce. Après 20h00 c est arrivée heure tardive. A 6h30 je ne sert pas de petit déjeuner,. En plus vous êtes de mauvaise foie jusqu'àu paiement. Pour soit disant une professionnelle c est inquiétant. Tout est présent et plus qu il en faut dans le logement, 1 nuit a 56€ , la prochaine fois allez a l hôtel si vous avez des prétentions comme les vôtres toutefois cela vous coûtera plus cher. Avec une note de 9 sur les autres sites cela montre bien vos mauvaises démarches Bon courage

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manu (the owner) a message.

If Manu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
