Overlooking the blue Pagasetic gulf, Akrolithos Villa can guarantee an unforgettable experience. It is a fully equipped, stone-built property with a private infinity pool, garden and barbecue area, located at the picturesque village of Milies. The ideal choice for families, couples or friends!

THE SPACE:

Akrolithos Villa fully respects the Pelion traditional style. It is carefully designed combining the earth elements with sophisticated furniture.

The residence can host up to 5 people. The upper level features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a charming balcony and a lovely bathroom. The first bedroom is the master one with one double bed. The second bedroom has a smaller bed (it's not a single one but in the same time nor as big as the first one), and an armchair which can be easily transformed into a normal single bed. At ground floor, visitors can find a fully equipped rustic-style kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room and an additional bathroom. All indoor areas are equipped with air condition units and all windows give views right to the seafront!

Combining harmoniously all the earth elements this independent villa provides the chance of enjoying a drink or a private swim at the infinity pool, a delicious meal at the outdoor dining table or at the barbecue area as well as a relaxing afternoon at the tranquil garden. All guests will certainly love the waterfall, the sense of serenity and the memorable sea view.

- Indoor Amenities: 3 TVs (1 cable TV with foreign channels) , 1 DVD player, A/C (all areas), WiFi internet access, window nets, 2 hairdryers, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing equipment, cooking equipment, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, toast maker, waffle maker, kettle, water filter, 1 playpen/pack n play, 1 baby highchair, fitness equipment (fitness mat, stretch bands, pilates ball, pilates ring), safe box, welcome treat (local "tsipouro" drink, olives, loukoumia, pelion oregano or pelion spoon sweet)

- Outdoor amenities: private infinity pool (not heated), private hot tub/Jacuzzi (heated with spa whirlpool function; small extra cost), waterfall, external shower (with hot water), surround music speakers, sunbeds, barbecue equipment, inflatable pool loungers, private parking space (2 cars), open air oven (working with wood)

GUEST ACCESS:

The residence consists of three levels. Our visitors will have access to the ground level and the upper floor. The lower ground level is the separate guesthouse, which has its own yard and house entrance. We don't rent, as we (2 adults: my mother or/and I) usually stay there in order to assist our visitors whenever they need us and make sure that everything goes as scheduled. We don't disturb our visitors at all and we completely respect their privacy. In case we are present during your holidays, we won't use the pool, the outdoor dining areas and of course we won't have access to the main house. We will only use the garden of the lower ground level in order to utilize the second yard door.

Please feel free to daily consult us during your stay! You can ask us tips and advice regarding the house amenities and the region activities/ attractions, as this one of the main reason we try to be there!

NOTES:

- Our guests have the chance to enjoy the outdoor private hot tub (Jacuzzi) paying an additional low cost if asked! Just let us know before your arrival in case you want to book this extra service.

- Pool and garden service is provided (free of charge). Therefore, we will be taking care of them during your stay and you won't have to worry about watering the flowers or cleaning the pool! You can just enjoy your holidays and be free of concerns!

- The common quiet hours in Greece are the following; 3 pm - 5 pm and 11 pm - 8 am

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Mikaela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
