Nestled between Lake Winnipesaukee and Newfound Lake on a mountaintop ON 13 PRIVATE ACRES sits a newly constructed, beautifully decorated cottage. Gorgeous views accompany this romantic and PRIVATE Meredith NH getaway, so bring your camera!! Features a large single bedroom with a huge king size bed.

Snuggle in the new high-quality mattress with alternative down comforter and comfy pillows. Then head to the luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate large shower. Melt those worries away. Decide whether you want to go out for dinner or cook in our kitchen featuring soft close cabinets and stocked with everything you need for cooking/baking. Now that you are full, check out the living room with new queen size pull-out sofa and 55″ swivel TV. It may be hard to choose between gazing at the flames in the gas fireplace or looking at the ever-changing mountain views. Maybe consider going outside to sit on the front porch or build a fire in the firepit and grill some smores. Be sure to bring/rent your toys. We have plenty of parking space for boats/trailer, kayaks, snowmobiles, four-wheelers, etc. on the property. Prefer 1 medium sized well behaved dog 100 $ per stay.Contact owner for exception.

The property is on the Hermit Lake Snowmobile Trail and there is a pond within biking distance. In case of rain, some favorite reading material is available for you to read at your leisure. We respect our guests privacy,We try to mow, plow water etc. before you get here, depending on how long your stay we may need to come up, I am not sure if i will have your tel#, so i will send message via Trip advisor if we need to come up. Call us if you need anything everything is listed in cabinbook & brochures, everywhere you look, If you need to call us best time 10:00 am-7:00 pm if possible. We are at bottom of hill in white cape w/ turquiose door. If you see us out-side feel free too stop and ask questions or say hello.

There is a lot for 2 & 4 legged friends to do, did you get a chance to walk along the ski-mobile trail that abuts our property? Down Town Meredith is a desirable boating & shopping town that also has dog friendly restaurants etc.Always something going on all 4 seasons.

Why can't I call Sue (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
