Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
Regular maintenance of the swimming pool and garden from Monday to Friday and in the morning.
Basic daily cleaning, 5 days a week from 10:00 to 14:00
Up to 3 cots and highchair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 1'000.00 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after the departure and inspection of damages.
** Pool heating service can only be hired for a min of 6 nights.
** Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
