We appreciate your comments. We strive in every way to have the best Vacation Villa in the area. It was unfortunate that we had a sever dust storm the day you arrived. It was the same dust storm you experienced landing at the Liberia Airport. I am sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. However, I was able to make everything adequate for your stay and the maid finished the remaining details on Monday. The toilet was not broken before your arrival and I recall your comment "thanks for fixing it and cleaning the house for us." Pillows, Linens and other items you mentioned have not been a problem in the past and would have been replaced if we would have known you needed more. We are always here to make sure your needs are met, but we needed to know those needs before you checked out. The air conditioner was fixed the day after you notified us that is wasn't working. The stopped up drain was a result of a cloth flushed down the toilet and caused slow drains in all the house. All in all, I understand your disappointment in my hasty cleanup after the dust storm but most of the other issues you noted were never brought to our attention and have never been an issue in the past. Please come back soon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
