Completely renovated from top to bottom, and sitting in the dramatic area of Le Marche, with an inviting swimming pool, Villa Mara is a wonderfully private and rural retreat for two or three families or group of friends. The house is in an ideal spot for those who want to truly appreciate the Marche landscape that lies beyond and as far as the eye can see. It is also within easy reach of the National Park of Sibillini Mountains, the beach of Riviera del Conero and the towns of Macerata, Civitanova Marche and Tolentino. The swimming pool has a beautiful solarium and a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool. Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular views, are the plus points of this property. Outside a big eating area with veranda, and barbecue. All rooms have generous light and space and this, combined with comfortable furnishings and a good standard of fixtures and fittings, creates a warm welcome. A stay at Villa Mara provides completely unique experience. Extra costs are payable at location: Refundable Damage Deposit 400 euro - Heating costs 40 euro per day.

How do damage deposits work?
