Attractive, two-story apartment is located in the heart of the historical city centre, on an excellent location right by city attractions, famous Baroque Robba's Fountain and Town Hall Rotovz in a traditional building on Mestni trg.The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (72 steps) of a renovated traditional building without elevator access, because the building is under heritage protection.It is a spacious duplex, newly furnished. On the first floor there is a furnished kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and an oven, a dining corner with a table for 6 persons, a living room with a leather couch and settees, another pull out sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), writing desk, an exit to the private terrace with a castle hill view and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The washing machine is in the hall at the entrance. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor (17 steps), one has a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and the other one two single beds. The apartment is equipped with cable LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, telephone and an air-conditioning system. The private parking lot (extra charge) is approx. 450 m away from the apartment.The reception located in Mala ulica Street 500 m from the apartment offers many supplementary services, ensuring Central Apartments Tour As guests find their living experience comfortable and uncomplicated: transfers from neighboring airports, city guided tours, tours and excursions around Slovenia and nearby countries, daily fresh breakfast delivery to the apartment, self-service breakfast in nearby hotel, rent a car and exclusive souvenirs.Ljubljana Airport is a 20-minute drive away and shuttle services are available on request.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. Interaction with guests depends on their needs. If guests want to have a complete privacy we meet them only upon their arrival and at their departure. If guests have any requests, if they want to order a supplementary service in the accommodation, a trip, a rent a car etc. we interact more often. At central reception we are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (during summer till 6:00pm), Saturdays 8:30am to 1:00pm, or by e-mail and telephone. In case of emergencies we have an agent on duty available over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
