Description

EMMI is a 4* studio apartment, a fully renovated, bright and open space for max. 3 people. The bedroom is not separated, which makes the flat quite intimate (appropriate for a single person, a couple or a family of three). There are 2 sleeping areas: an extremely comfortable double bed (180 x 210cm) and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (converts into 140 x 210cm).

EMMI can be found just next to the main square, on the river bank in the old town of Ljubljana. It doesn`t get more central than this! It is a place surrounded by tales of history and yet completely adapted to contemporary way of living.
Although our visitors are more than pleased with the interior, it is the exterior that is the true star in the EMMI story!

To explore Ljubljana`s main sights just open the window and enjoy the view, it is to die for.
Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee by the church bells` melody coming from the main square just a 100m away. You will find EMMI in a 19th century historic building, located on a little square of its own, the smallest square in the city. Everything you need is just a couple of steps away: supermarkets, big shops and lovely boutiques, galleries and museums, cinemas, the marketplace, tourist info center, bus stop, parks and river walks...
Most of the city center is car-free, so the whole area is pedestrian friendly. There are always plenty of pedestrians strolling by due to the number of inviting cafés and restaurants in its surroundings. Just open the window or step out and join the fun! Sadly pets cannot be accomodated and smoking is not allowed due to the strict slovenian smoking law.

EMMI is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home:
tv (32inch LCD, full internet), refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, flatiron + ironing board, telephone, heating/air-condition

Central and strategic position of appartment with the nice pointview, sophisticated and refined interior design, very clean and louminous, we love so much white colour! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ALTO DESIGN (the owner) a message.

If ALTO DESIGN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
