This is 2 bedroom apartment with 3,30m high ceiling (cabinet is small and has a double high bed), fully equipped, new kitchen, big dining table, modern sofas, high quality beds, a fire place and all technical devices.
Apartment is in the 3rd floor, no elevator.
Comfortable for 4 persons, living room sofa offers a possibility for 2 more (additional 10% price per person).

The apartment is in residential house and therefore no parties are allowed.

We could not have been happier with this lovely flat in Ljubljana, from the fabulous location not far from the river to the extremely informative and kind welcome from Marusa to the comfortable and stylish interior. Everything was provided and so thoughtful - all of our needs were met and more. It felt very spacious and homely, I would highly recommend this flat others. You won't be disappointed!

Marusa could not have made us feel more welcome. She gave us lots of really good recommendations for places to see or to eat and provided a stack of maps and tourist guides for us to use while we were there. Her apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious and very homely. It contains everything you could possibly need. If I were ever in Ljublana again I would most certainly check to see if this place is free!

Located very near to the centre, very well equiped, cozy furnished. Very kind welcome, and great help in everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended, except for older people, because there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

The apartment was everything advertised -- clean, comfortable, aesthetic and convenient to everything in downtown Ljubljana. Additionally, Marusa is a wonderful host, personable and generous. We would definitely stay here again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marusa (the owner) a message.

If Marusa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
