Your ideal family holiday in Slovakia. Our cozy cottage is located on a quiet end of a village not far from the shore of Liptovska Mara. It benefits from 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living room with log fire. The roof terrace provides stunning views of nearby lake and surrounding mountains.

Kids love our big playground with swings, slide, climbing wall, trampolines, sand pit, football field and small bikes and trikes available free of charge. Mountain bike rental and BBQ at the premisses, new petanque course, pizza delivery 4 pizzas €16, reception with local info and DVD rental.

Located in the middle of region Liptov - referred to as the heart of Slovakia. Valley with several hot springs and aqua-parks surrounded by mountains with top ski centers. The High Tatras and Slovak paradise are a perfect day trip destinations for our guests. Here you find historic towns and traditional villages, medieval castles and unique caves, breathtaking mountains, water sports and fishing on our lakes and rivers. Some of the best Slovak restaurants offering traditional local cuisine.

ארוח מדהים עם תשתית מצוינת. המתחם כולל 14 וילות ברמה גבוהה מתאים למשפחות המעונינות בטיול כוכב. ממליץ לעשות עם יארו הבעלים טיול ג׳יפים של שעתיים באזור.רמת המתקנים ברמה גבוהה עם מיקום מצוין.

Large modern houses well equipped and very beautifully situated at the lake. Very friendly park managers who will drop everything to help you and provide tons of good information on the surroundings for trips and sightseeing.

Fantastic place, very cousy and nice. We came as a group of 8 and had a very comfortable stay. The only drawback in winter is the 20-30 minutes ride to the ski slopes. In summer though it should not be the issue, the place itself is next to the lake and in a cool picturesque spot. Will return with no doubts!:)

“Wonderful stay in a comfortable villa in a beautiful natural setting”

The villas are beautiful and well equipped. They are surrounded by nature and next to a lake. They are very close to Besenova thermal park and there are restaurants closeby. For shops, you can go to Besenova and Liptovsky Mikulas. The fireplace is beautiful and cosy. It has everything you need, even for families with small babies.

During my visit the garden was not completed but the house was perfect. The park is situated near a lake with a beautifull vieuw. The location was perfect to "explore" the area.

At arriving we got a warm welcome by the park managers Jaro and Sacha. The villa was big, luxery and beautiful (and clean) we stayed at an Estera (10 persons house) In the area there is a lot to explore; we made some beautiful walks, went swimming, visited towns. Jaro and Sasha also tell you where to go. For relaxation, besides staying at our terrace next to the dijk and lake, we went several times to thermal bath Besenova (few minutes by car). Nearby are some restaurants where you van eat well, also a few minutes by car. Slovakia and especially the Liptov region is beautiful to spend your holiday! And Villapark Vlasky is the perfect place to stay. Since we did not have enough time to enjoy everything, we decided to come back next year in summertime.

Zariadenie vily bolo čisté, podľa môjho názoru nadštandardné. V zime v čase poľadovíc prístup len dlhšou cestou z Lipt. Mikuláša. Blízko je ale Thermalpark Bešeňová, kratšou cestou je to len pár km. Cena za ubytovanie bola výhodná. Správcovský manželský pár bol veľmi milý, vychádzali nám v ústrety. Prežili sme tam skvelý Silvester.

How do damage deposits work?
