Large living room with 2 sofas (one converts into a double bed 1.4x2m, for 2 extra guests or 2 children).

Large bedroom - 1.6x2m queen size bed.

Comfy bathroom. Working space. Brand new facilities: Smart 4K LG TV (43"), Fast WiFi. Kichenette with mini fridge, Microwave, Nespresso machine. Kettle, toaster.

Dear Gabriella, Peter and Andrew, We have done the best and offered you over our standard (which is any how very high). We even hosted you for breakfast in our garden which is next to the place you stayed in. Just to make you feel at home... We really do not understand why you scored us with 4 bubbles and not the maximum of 5, a score we feel and believe matches our standards a lot better? (as the other guests before you did). Our standards include a very very clean and neat apartment. All possible amenities given and if still anything is missing, we supply it with pleasure. Breakfast is beautiful and we ask our guests for special breakfast requests (and of course fulfill their wish...). We guided you, gave you touring and other tips. We made you feel at home, far away from home. This small under scoring, though not essential, does not make one feel good. It may sound childish but for us hosting means a lot... Thank you for choosing our home to stay.

Alexis and Rita are beautiful people. So nice, friendly, polite and non demanding. They stayed in the Carob Studio Garden Apartment and kept it clean and neat as if people did not stay there. We loved their company and our mutual morning conversations. Such people are a great pleasure to host and they strengthen the feeling that going for vacation rental was the proper move to be done. You are Super Guests and we'd love to host you again and again whenever you decide to arrive to Cyprus. Thanks for being our guests.

Why can't I call Miretta (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miretta (the owner) a message.

If Miretta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
