Bonjour Nicole, Nous sommes très surpris par votre commentaire qui ne reflète pas vos impressions et commentaires du jour de votre départ. Vous avez tous les 4 clairement exprimé que vous aviez passé un excellent séjour et absolument pas parlé de quelque souci que ce soit concernant les couchages. Durant ce séjour à plusieurs reprises nous vous avons demandé si tout se passait bien, les réponses étaient positives et enjouées. Nous regrettons qu'au final vous n'ayez pas aimé le sur-matelas de plumes sur le lit en 160, vous auriez pu tout simplement nous en faire part et l'enlever. Nos autres clients l'apprécient. Concernant les bruits extérieurs nocturnes, les portes et fenêtres sont neuves et parfaitement isolées, vous aviez une climatisation neuve à votre disposition pour rafraichir la villa à condition bien sûr de laisser les ouvertures fermées comme nous vous l'avons demandé. La petite chambre est conforme à son descriptif avec son couchage en 140, pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur mais 3 hublots en verre pour respecter le style "plage-bateau" que nous avons souhaité lui donner. Elle n'a effectivement pas de climatiseur (une tour de ventilation d'appoint est néanmoins à votre disposition pour les personnes ne supportant pas la clim) le climatiseur du salon utilisé à bon escient suffit amplement pour rafraîchir l'espace. Nous sommes soulagés de voir que vous avez appréciez le jardin avec Sauna et Spa, ainsi que la qualité de notre accueil et des équipements comme vous nous l'avez exprimé dès votre arrivée. Heureux que ce séjour vous ait permis de découvrir notre belle région, comme lors de votre check out nous vous souhaitons un bel été et sommes prêts à vous accueillir une prochaine fois (le sur-matelas peut être enlevé ce n'est pas un problème...) How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If REGINE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
