tout le monde ne pense pas comme vous l'appartement était conforme à la description et aux photos de l'annonce je vous ai donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour la location personne ne s'est plaint durant la saison de nuisance dans l'immeuble Good accomodation and convenient access to Arc 2000 and the rest of Les Arcs Écrit le Feb 20, 2018 pour un séjour en Feb 2018 The Bel Aval residence is 5 minutes walk away from the central Arc 2000 ski area. The access stairs are near to the patinoire/ice rink shopping area and are slightly tiring after a long ski. This apartment has a storage area for skis and boots. There are full kitchen facilities, a futon in the lounge area and a sleeping area near to the entrance. Bathroom facilities and hot water are very good. Heaters are provided which help with drying of clothing etc. This is a well maintained and comfortable apartment. I have booked this apartment twice and both times have found it to be quiet with no problems from other residents. There are signs of rough treatment around the communal areas and the apartment's lift. However the same could be said for other parts of Arc 2000 such as the larger Résidence Aiguille Rouge. This apartment is recommended for a good value stay.
