This property is located on Spain’s Costa Blanca on the Orihuela Costa which is a 10 mile stretch of coastline from Torrevieja to Mil Palmeras. Orihuela Costa has more blue flag beaches than any other part of Spain, and the beaches of La Zenia are just a 2 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk. Cabo Roig Beach and Marina is 15 minutes walk. The house is located in a lovely quiet side road in La Zenia. It is a clean 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, fully air-conditioned house, with parking on the street outside the property. There are 2 x child-friendly, fully gated communal pools with beautiful gardens are directly accessible from the gate on the back terrace. Suitable for families & couples alike. It is just a 3 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping centre which has over a 150 bars, restaurants and amenities. This includes a Bowling Alley which also has a bar, games arcade, Casino, Pool etc. There are free shows and activities in the square of La Zenia Boulevard every day in the summer months for children. Eg. Lion King, Grease, Face Painting etc. There are also free music concerts.

Los Dolses Commercial Centre with Mercadona and Lidl Supermarkets are a few minutes walk away. Both La Zenia Roundabout and Via Park II Commercial Centre with their array of bars, restaurants and banks are a five-minute walk away. There is a Consum Supermarket here too. Playa Flamenca Saturday Street Market is a few minutes away.

There are many World Class Golf Courses within a 25 minute drive. 17 in total and 4 Golf Courses are less than 5 minutes drive by car. Villa Martin, Las Rambles, Campoamor and Los Colinas.

The house is just 1 hour drive from Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport. Flight times from the UK are just 2 and a half hours. It is also Central to N332 and AP7 roads

Alicante on the Southern Costa Blanca is renowned for its turquoise waters, stunning white sandy beaches contrasting with rocky coves and peaceful waters, buzzing resorts like Torrevieja, fiery fiestas and sizzling nightlife. There are more than 120 miles of impressive Mediterranean beaches, stretching from the town of Denia in the North to San Javier in the South.

Visitors adore the ease of its home comforts and family-friendly amenities. There is dramatic mountain scenery, unexplored valleys, pretty hilltop hamlets and natural treasures ranging from remote caves to large palm groves. There are many traditional towns and villages too. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. The surrounding salt lakes help with many health issues such as Arthritis and other Joint problems.
