Villa La Marina is located in La Marina. This villa has a private pool, free WiFi and air condition in every room and also in dinning area. Alicante Airport is 28 km from Villa or 30 min by car and just 5km to the Sea beach. A lot of restaurants and supermarket is just in 800m up to the street. This villa includes 3 living rooms (2 rooms have big beds Queen-size and 1 room have 2 normal beds) and a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 3 bathrooms with a shower. Equipment includes: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, TV 55'' with Audio System 5.1 and Blu-Ray, Air Condition, exercise machines. At the kitchen you can find all you need to cook (cookware, glasses, cutlery). At the terrace you can make BBQ by using electrical BBQ. Also the villa has a terrace and a private solarium belongs to one of the bedrooms. In the storage room you can find 2 bicycles for using. We speak your language!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vladimir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
