The Villa is a spacious detached property within walking distance of Ladies Beach in Kusadasi. This Property offers 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite shower rooms. You can choose to entertain your guests at the Pool Side Bar, either of the 4 Outdoor Barbecues available or maybe the Games Room where you can enjoy a game of pool.If the Summer Sun in Kusadasi is not quite hot enough for you, the sauna will be the perfect place for you to spend time. Amongst the Entertainment Facilities there is also include table tennis, a chill-out area with a hammock and cushions, a Private pool and Children`s pool. The Villa will sleep up to 15 people comfortably and can even accomodate extra beds, if they are required. Split system Air-Con is available in all the Villas' bedrooms.In brief, the bedrooms are located on the first, second and basement (pool side) levels. The first floor offers 3 Bedrooms, 1 Double (the Main Bedroom) and 2 Bedroom's. The double bedroom offers a balcony with Sea Views as well as an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room as well as a balcony and 3 single beds. The third bedroom 3 single beds does not offer an en-suite shower room however it shares access to a family bathroom located on this first floor.The second floor offer's a kitchenette, access to the roof terrace where there is a manual barbecue and great sea views as well as 1 double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and it's own terrace which also offers great sea views.The ground floor (Entrance Floor) offers the main kitchen, a shower room, lounge and dining area. The terrace on the ground level is the largest of the balconies and most guests choose to dine here in the morning and evening. The basement (Pool Level) accomodates the sauna room, games room (Pool Table), kitchenette, 2 Bedrooms, 1 bedroom ( 3 single beds) and 1 Double bedroom. The Double room offers an en-suite shower room. There is a shared walk-in shower room on this floor which also offer's a Sauna.The water in the Villa is heated by Solar Panels which also has an electric back-up if required. The tap water in the region is not drinkable and bottled water which is widely available is the only option (Bottled water is delivered to your door if required).In terms of safety inside the Villa, smoking is not permitted and you may do so in the Garden area, balconies or poolside (Ash Trays are provided). There are many stairs within the Villa and within the Garden area (You do not have to use all of them & it is recommended elderly guests & children stay in the bedroom's on the lower levels), safety gates for children can be provided by request. There is plenty to do, both inside and out, a Villa with fantastic facilities for full-time entertainment. Your local contact will be pleased to give you any information you require on places to go and things to do.Ladies Beach, the most popular beach in Kusadasi with it's colorful Promenade is just 800m away, you'll love the water sports on offer and there is a wide range of Restaurants and Cafe's (try SomeWhereElse, a great restaurant with amazing Food). The Town Centre of Kusadasi is 2 miles from the Villa, you may take the Local Bus (Dolmus) from just 80m away or you may take a Taxi at Reasonable Cost. The Town Centre is bustling with Tourists from all over the world most of whom visit by Ship, there is plenty of Shopping to do here! Kusadasi offers a Large Variety of Restaurants and Shops (from HandWoven Carpets, Souvenirs and Jewellery, you can find it all here).
