“Fabulous location, great apartment”

We had a 3 night stay here before going on to Tioman Island and Singapore. This location is fantastic, with views from the apartment of the Petronas and KL towers. It is on the 49th floor and on the 51st is the infinity pool Iwhich tended to be a bit busy) and a great restaurant. Walking distance to the Petronas Towers and Hard Rock Cafe very close by as is a shopping mall with supermarket , subway and other eateries. The apartment itself is lovely, very modern and clean with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, large fridge, kettle, hob, microwave and washing machine. Rocky J the owner was so helpful and responsive. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the apartment could have been better stocked with cutlery/crockery/glasses etc but I would not hesitate in recommending as a place to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
