It is a ground floor , seafront, 40sqmtrs apartment with patio of 12sqmtrs in front. Is is best for couple and child. One bedroom, one dayroom, one bathroom, kitchenette with dining table for 4 person.

Patio in front with table for 4. Kitchen completely fitted for cooking for 4 persons.

Airconditioned, TV WIFI internet, most of Satellite world channels.

Swimming pier in front of apartment only 10 meters away.

Walking distance to Kotor old city. grocery shop only 50 meters away. Bigger shops on 250 meters. No need for car . all is on walking distance on seaside road to Kotor.

Apartment is booked via Booking com, and Mr. Smith Booked Ros Apartment, thinking it was terrace apartment, we respect travellers and agree to refund despite it was their arror. Booking com pictures clearly describe two apartment Terrace with 6 beds 3 bedroom, and ROSA one bedroom and 2 + 1 bed. Of course it is clear for 60 euros you canot get 3 bedroom 6 beds apartment. I say again , we respect all gusts even when they make errors and try to help them. It is not a fair to comment on sites where you did not book , as Booking com was very clear with you. Anyhow, Apartment ROSA if qualified with 4,8 stars by major sites as it stay. regards Ana

Loved the location of the apartment, right on the sea with its own private pier with sunbeds. It was approx 20 minutes walk to the old town, however many bars/restaurants much more local. The apartm… More

Nice appartment with lovely breathtaking views. Perfect location regarding the old town of Kotor with everything available within walking distance. We would definitively recommand!

Why can't I call Ana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana (the owner) a message.

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
