The apartment is decorated to a high standard. Perfect to explore Koh Samui and surrounding islands.

The location is quite convenient. Popular Fisherman Village is 3 minutes drive, Big Buddha statue in less than 10 minutes and Chaweng in around 15 minutes. Fisherman Village is great for restaurants and bars on a high standard and relaxed environment, more orientated to couples and families while Chaweng is the party and busy area of the island a bit more crazy.

The location is ideal to explore the area and smaller islands around too. The pier to get to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao is close so you can catch the early morning ferries at ease for day trips.

The resort has private access to Bang Rak Beach (Big Buddha) and wide range of amenities and facilities including:

The apartment size is 70 square meters. It has a balcony with sea view and swimming pool view. The bedroom has a king size bed with comfort mattress and premium linen, a dressing area, a desk, coffee table and a 32 inch tv. The living room has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, dinner table with 4 chairs, a 32 inch tv, and home cinema. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kitchen tools, fridge-freezer, microwave, vitroceramic, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is fully tiled in porcelain, and has a nice rain shower. There are two air conditioning units with thermostat.

At arrival my Property Manager will welcome you at the resort reception, will give you the keys and will walk you in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Santiago (the owner) a message.

If Santiago (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
