Vacation home is located in a picturesque bay in Park of nature "Velebit"
If you want a vacation away from the city crowds and sounds, this is the right place for you! The house is located in a large garden of 1000 m2, surrounded by tall cypress trees that provide shade during the hottest summer days.
Only 50 steps separate the house and the beach. Since the bay has only about 30 vacation houses, there is no traffic and the sea is crystal clear. It is ideal for families with children and also for business people who want to escape from daily stress or the nature lovers.
The house will offer the entire area of one hundred square meters and is perfect for up to 6 people. The house consists of two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a king size bed and 1 single bed, bathroom, kitchen / dinner-style taverns, living room above which you can enjoy a nice lounge (Play station 2, table football and satellite TV) and most importantly during the summer, a spacious roofed terrace (around 30 m2 large) with a beautiful view, a table for 10 people and barbecue, HiFi Bluetooth system, gas grill...
Swimming pool 6 x 3,5 x 1,2 m is planed to be finished until June 1st.
Water: 6 m3 tank with full water pipe system (for shower, dishwasher, toilet, kitchen, garden...)
The house has a double garage and double parking for guests.
Since the mixed urban place, you can enjoy complete peace and isolation (if desired), and you can include swimming, sunbathing, diving and surfing, enjoy daily excursions to Zadar, National park Paklenica (free climbing), National park Plitvička jezera, National park Slapovi Krke climbing to the Velebit mountain trails or the beautiful countryside (or/and fishing) on the river Gacka, Kayaking on river Zrmanja...
Upon arrival in our house we will give you all information about beaches, natural and cultural heritage and the possibility of trips.
We can arrange for you climbing tours, sea & river kayaking, cycling tour, paintball... or give you all information about them so you can get in contact with organizers.
If you like we can provide you with more details over e-mail before your arrival so you can plan your stay and activities.
To feel more comfortable and enjoy the homemade food, two to three times weekly service shall be made local fruits, vegetables and wine; every day in the bay comes fresh bread, and mobile commerce to find the necessary ingredients to your order.
Beach, which is located only thirty meters from the house, is concrete, and gravel/sand beach is about 400 meters away. If you come with a small child, we can provide you with a sandbox.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the house not allowed.
