Green Mountain holiday home is a comfortable, modern and spacious 3 level home, in quiet riverside village/suburb, 10-15 minutes from the city of Kandy town and this will be your home - away from home providing you with privacy, comfort and offering a perfect place to get way from the busy town.

Luxury hotels with spa, swimming pool, bars and fine dining restaurants are within close reach within a few minutes drive from the property. TV lounge area with Magazines/books to read and Free Wi-Fi are provided. The balcony overlooking the beautiful mountain range from my holiday home allows you to relax quite well. You can purchase a membership at the Cinnamon Citadel Hotel which gives you pool access and gives you discounted food and drinks.

Ideal for a Honey Moon Couple. Secret of my Bungalow is calm and peaceful environment which you cannot get in the city.

Green Mountain holiday home is a lovely place to relax with a safe and friendly neighborhood. All rooms are equipped with fans and the master bed room equipped with A/C.The house has CCTV cameras working 24/7 .The property is only accessible from the front gate and/or garage roller door.

A experienced cook is available upon your request for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We offer a variety of delicious traditional Sri Lankan food, Chinese Dishes and Western food. Barbecue facilities can be arranged as per request. Break fast can be served either in English Style or Sri Lankan traditional style. (3$ per adult, 1.5$ for children under 12 years and free for children under 3 years) Tea, coffee and drinking water are provided free.

A public bus runs every 30 minutes between the Cinnamon Citadel and Kandy city and cost 250 Rs for the trip. It takes the 'scenic' route and takes about 20 minutes. just 10 meters away is the bus stop. Transport (tuktuk/car/van) from the property can be arranged at an additional cost.Otherwise, you can download UBER or pick me app to your smart phone to arrange your own transport.

Tourist attractions like the Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy town, Pinnawala elephant orphanage, War cemetery etc. can be easily reached within a few minutes from the property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pasan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
