Description

The villa is right at the beachfront, offering amazing views to the pool, the sea and the sunset. The property holds a license as a Villa for Rent, issued by the Hellenic Organization of Tourism. The property is 20 minutes drive from Araxos' Airport. Ancient Olympia can be reached in approx. 1 hour by car, while the city and Port of Patras are just 15 minutes away.

The villa has just been fully renovated. It offers amazing views to the sea and the stunning sunset. The spacious veranda is ideal for relaxation. You can use all facilities, including the large barbecue, where you can prepare your own meals, or ask us to arrange for a barbecue specialist to visit you to prepare a great dinner.

The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is located at the semi-basement and is actually a cosy studio with free-standing bathtub. The main villa features 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom, where you can also enjoy the steam-bath and a smaller bathroom with shower. All areas are air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stovetop, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchenware that you need to prepare your own meals.

Free WiFi throughout the premises. Free parking area, where at least 2 cars can be parked.

The villa is cleaned twice a week. Bed linen and towels are changed also twice a week. Additional cleaning is available upon request, at an extra charge.

For your everyday needs, there is a grocery shop at 100m, as well as a Meat shop. If you feel like eating out, there are several bars and restaurants at the neraby village of Vrachnaiika, at a distance of 3km.

The location of the property is unique. The garden includes trees and flowers and a great barbecue area. There is a large area of green where you can relax or where children can safely play around.

From here, you can organize great trips to Ancient Olympia, to Delphi and other significant archaeological sites.

There is a Water Park with Water slides at 10min by car. At 20min drive you can enjoy the long sandy beach of Kalogria and visit the unique forest of Strofylia.

The city of Patras, where you can enjoy shopping and visit important sites, such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Church of St Andrew and the Fortress of the city, is just 15 minutes away.

At 100m. there is a bus station with frequent connection to Patras. Please let us know if you need any help with renting a car. There is also a local taxi service that you can use.
