This beautifully appointed, detached modern villa is one of eleven villas situated just outside the lovely fishing village of Zygi and a short drive from the historical town of Kalavasos.

The vila itself is only a few years old and has been furnished and fitted to the highest standard throughout. The style is modern and very comfortable.

The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room on the ground floor provides a beautiful bright open space which leads on to the lovely back garden and patio area through two sets of sliding doors, perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones!

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven & hob, microwave, washing machine, iron & ironing board and a fridge freezer. (We ask guests to bring their own Coffee capsules, as their availability in Cyprus is limited. There are some for sale in the Alphamega supermarket which is about 15 min away by car). No expense has been spared and you will want for nothing in this kitchen, we even have an electric juicer so that you can make your own orange juice from the oranges in the garden when they are in season!

In the dining area there is a stylish four seater glass table and a babies high chair is available should you need it.

From there you are through to the sitting room where there is very comfortable L shaped sofa. The sofa will comfortably fit all guests on those evenings when you might just want to sit in and watch television or a DVD on the flatscreen TV and DVD player which are also provided in this room. Satellite TV and Apple TV are also installed and available to use in the villa.

Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. They are very tastefully decorated and filled with plenty of natural daylight. The master has a very comfy double bed and has an ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom can either be configured to a double bed or two singles at your request. The family bathroom is right beside the second bedroom. A hairdryer is provided and 2 travel cots are available for guests with infants and toddlers. Both bedrooms have access to an outdoor balcony which over looks the beautiful back garden and swimming pool.

Air-conditioning is available in all rooms in the house and all linen and towels are provided. If you should wish to have the house cleaned during your stay we can arrange it at an extra cost.

Great thought and consideration have been put in to the outside space of this villa. Four sun loungers surround the 32sq meter private swimming pool which benefits from sunshine from morning until evening. The mature gardens have been very well designed by a local landscaper. The tropical plants and beautiful palms give great privacy. Eucalyptus plants have been thoughtfully planted to the side of villa to help deter mosquitoes. The villa can also boast it's own lemon and orange trees as well as Brazilian cherries.

Amidst all these wonderful trees and plants there is a six seater table and chair set, a great place to relax with family and friends on those warm summer evenings while enjoying your food from the state of the art barbecue.

On the vila complex there are also two large communal outdoor pools , Tennis courts and a football pitch all of which are available for our guests to use at no extra charge. Ideal for those who wish to keep fit during their stay.

If you did want to venture out for dinner in the evenings there are some wonderful local restaurants in nearby Zygi and Tochni which are renowned for their fresh fish and Meze's. The bustling town of Limassol is only a ten to fifteen minute drive away to the west and Larnaca is approximately 30 minutes to the east.

The villa is the ideal choice families or people wishing to have a nice peaceful holiday but with all the modern luxuries and facilities to keep all age groups happy!

We regret that we do not accept any bookings for stays which would be longer than a duration of 3 weeks.

Alternatively during your stay you can contact us by phone or email. The pool will be cleaned once or twice a week and a garden maintenance is done once, sometimes twice a month.

How do damage deposits work?

If Rick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
