The apartment is in the charming, sunny and family friendly town of Jávea (Xàbia) within the exclusive Port area.
On arrival there is no need for a car - everything is available on foot - whether immediately in the Port area, or a 15minute walk down to the sandy beaches Arenal or in the other direction, to the historic buildings and the markets in the Old Town.
The local bars and restaurants are outstanding, some favourites include Attico, Tal Cual, Sotavent, Lavera, Azorin, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies and other conveniences and amenities all close by and accessible in easy walking distance.
The town has wonderful festivities to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year.
The location and specification of the apartment is optimal, on the upper floor of one of the most impressive apartment buildings in the area.
At the street entrance there is an attractive courtyard with palms and within the building entrance there are spacious and clean marble interiors with both a lift and stairs to all floors.
Also to note the building which offers street parking next to the building and full step-free access from the street to the apartment, so mobility and accessibility is optimal, convenient, whether for shopping, for wheelchairs or push-chairs.
The apartment offers a very good layout with classic family dimensions.
The apartment is connected via a long hallway which offers all occupants ease, privacy, comfort and space. The master bedroom with king size bed at one end of the apartment and a second bedroom with two twin single beds at the other end.
Connecting the bedrooms are an entrance vestibule and long hallway which also connects the full bathroom with tub and shower, a separate cloakroom with wc, and the living room lounge which opens via pocket doors to the fully fitted kitchen.
There is good distribution of windows and marble floors throughout the whole apartment. For comfort there are air conditioning units in the main bedroom and lounge as well as fitted electric ceiling fans in both bedrooms and again in the lounge.
There are two outside spaces, the living room opens out to an outer balcony where one can sit & take a coffee. The kitchen opens out to a utility area where one can stow beach items and hang beach towels.
There is a washing machine in the utility and also to note that there is an excellent laundromat and several dry cleaners within minutes of the apartment for serviced washes.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with new high specification units, granite worktops, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, hob with extractor fan and electric oven.
There are also additional electric worktop appliances for convenience, a stainless steel kettle, a microwave, a rice cooker and air fryer for simple stay-at-home dining. The bedrooms are fully stocked with fresh linens and the bathroom and cloakroom with fresh towels.
Everything is prepared thoroughly and with care by our excellent check-in team on arrival and throughout the visit. We observe updated housekeeping & house-cleaning rules.
