From the owner

Vista Alegre is a villa located 1st line in front of the Mediterranean sea on the village of Javea. With a surface of about 450 sqm it has a standard capacity for 12 guests distributed on 4 rooms with double beds and 2 more with two single beds (optionally these can be chosen as made as double bed).If there are 10 guests only 5 rooms will be available. There are a total of 4 bathrooms (one ensuite), kitchen (with osmosis water machine), dining room and a sitting room with sea views next to a wide terrace. On the ground floor, it has a spacious hall where it can be chosen different areas for relaxing (table games, pool table, bar, wide TV, ping-pong). All the rooms have air conditioning (heat/cool). The villa has Satellite TV, portable Bluetooth sound system, Wi-Fi within the building and a small computer.

On the outside, there is a barbecue and a fantastic private swimming pool with a spa corner, both surrounded by a garden and a terrace with hammocks with lovely sea views. Up to 4 cars can be parked inside in a row.

For bookings on winter there are two powerful pellet stoves on ground and first floors to warm quickly common areas. First and second floor have also water heating radiators on common areas and bedrooms.

Regular cleaning during the stay is included, provided that certain requirements are met and that no other request is made.

IT IS TERMINATELY FORBIDDEN TO MAKE PARTIES OR EVENTS, being sufficient reason for the immediate termination of the rental contract that will be signed at check in.

Please take into account that on the arrival date you would be allowed to entry at 6 pm and on the departure date you should leave the villa before 11 am. Also, bookings from Saturday to Saturday are preferent on high season.

House rules

Stag or hen parties are not allowed. The swimming pool has not any fence around it so small children must be looked after by adult guests. Warm water may take up to 90 seconds to reach a bathroom so please be patient. We beg to smoke only on the outside of the building. Also please note that we will need a copy of ID to complete the check-in forms for all persons over 16 years old.

How do damage deposits work?
