Casa Henry is a luxury 10 bedroom villa located on the prestigious Javea golf course. This newly renovated property offers all modern amenities and ample accommodation for families to enjoy their holiday in the sun.

Casa Henry offers two floors of living space. The top floor consists of an entrance hall, lounge with views of the golf course, open plan kitchen and dining room, naya with beautiful views and 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. This leads onto the pool and outdoor terrace. Surrounding the pool is a outside BBQ, shower and toilet and outdoor activities; pool table, ping pong, football table, jacuzzi.

The second, lower floor is self contained and opens out onto a large grassy garden including a children’s play area. This level offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. The downstairs kitchen offers basic essentials such as a toaster, microwave, kettle.

This villa offers air conditioning throughout, WiFi and sky tv.

The large heated swimming pool will also offer a pool side bar to serve cool drinks on a hot day to those bathing in the pool.

Extras

We provide all bedding / linen ( one bath towel and one hand towel per person). One cot and one highchair. Any extra beds, mattresses, cots, linen or beach towels can be provided on request, charges will apply.

Region

Javea, also known by its Valencian name, Xàbia, in the Costa Blanca region in Alicante, Spain. The town has three main areas namely Javea old town, Javea port, & the beach area. The old town has not changed much and is a maze of narrow winding streets with homes that have wrought iron balconies and windows in gothic style. There are many ancient churches and other structures. The harbor and fishing port has numerous restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. The Arenal beach area is the main commercial and recreation centre of the town.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Katie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
