Our 6-bedroom villa features a high-end kitchen, an airy great room, plenty of bathrooms, and a tranquil outdoor pool. We’re just a minute on foot from the beach and walking distance of Jaco’s restaurants and shops. We also offer daily maid service and free parking in our secure, gated estate. Experience the best of Jaco and make lifelong memories here at Villa Antigua.

Our stunning villa is a short walk from Jaco’s Avenida Pastor Diaz and mere seconds from the beach, so you’ll spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time getting to and from the many highlights around town. That is, if you’re even tempted to leave Villa Antigua’s luxurious grounds! Our 6-bedroom home away from home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for extended families, large groups of friends, or even corporate retreats. The more, the merrier!

We custom-built this home to our own specifications, so it’s designed with comfort and convenience in mind. No detail has been spared, from the intricate light fixtures to the upscale furnishings, which look more like what you’d find in a resort’s Presidential Suite than an ordinary vacation home. Each of the villa’s rooms feature high ceilings and air conditioning, making the home a refreshing oasis from Jaco’s sunny weather. The entire estate is private and secure, hidden behind a stone security wall and a gated entrance.

Our open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room, and great room, making it easy for everybody to hang out together without feeling crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to whip up a meal for the whole group - dishes, cookware, and high-end appliances - or we can arrange a private chef to cook some Costa Rican specialties. The kitchen island seats 5 (great for breakfast!) and the dining table seats 8. In the great room, we have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and there is WiFi throughout the villa.

Villa Antigua’s 6 bedrooms feature Spanish-inspired touches, just like the exterior, adding to the exotic atmosphere. It seems like there should always be some Spanish jazz playing in the background… And with 5 and a half bathrooms, nobody will have to wait in line to shower, and we provide plush towels and linens. If an inevitable tropical juice spill happens, we also have a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use.

And one of our favorite parts of the estate isn’t even in the house itself - it’s the peaceful outdoor pool, surrounded by leafy foliage and decorative tiles. This is the place to recline on a chaise lounge, open up a good book, and luxuriate in the sun for hours. Throw on that OOO message because no one can disturb you here! Beyond the pool deck, the grounds feature a charming creek with frequent appearances by Scarlet Macaws and white-faced monkeys. It’s your very own eco-jungle.

Smoking indoor is not allowed, and we ask that you keep the doors closed while the AC is on. And please don’t let your common sense go to vacation - jumping into the pool from the roof is never a good idea, nor is letting monkeys inside, etc. Thank you for treating our villa with respect.

How do damage deposits work?
