It works for couples, adventurers, business travelers, friends and families (with or without children). You'll love cozy space, location, views, people, closeness to the beach (100 meters) and the many tourist sites. Special for families or friends looking for relaxation and fun in the Condominium nearby places. It HAS basic kitchen equipment and furniture. Basic bed linens. NO towels. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two double beds + sofa beds. Air conditioner. TV / Cable. Wifi. Hot water. Just 100 meters from Playa Jacó. habitual Capacity: 6 people. -Maximum Capacity payment surcharge: 8 people. -Ability maximum vehicle: 1 (in season Triple A: Eve and Easter) and 2 (normal season). hiring their own external parking, about 300 meters from the condo is also possible. We are in the street trade in Jaco, near restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies and nightlife. Accommodation: The villa is located in private condominium therefore no set rules to follow, which will be released in due course. - Once accepted standards admission to the condominium via the Internet is allowed. - Must present ID or ID to the security guard and to check in. - Guest entry is not allowed. - The entry of pets is not allowed. - Smoking and drinking alcohol in public areas. - Check in: From 3 pm - Check out 12 noon The output should be timely, as they usually spend 3 hours cleaning and entering the following guests at 3pm. And only exceptionally, if available that night, we could delay the time of ck-out, the price is 3500 colones per hour and would be paid the day before, to authorize late check-out the next day. Our pool are not "public pool" does not have lifeguards. It is not allowed to use glass objects in swimming pools and green areas. the entry of any animal (except assistance dogs, Law 7600) is not allowed.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Ginette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
